Terms and conditions for adding your rental property.

1.  The property must be owned by you. We will ask for proof of ownership and you will need to send us a copy of the latest utility bill (electric, telephone, IBI etc) as proof.
2. All artwork, photos text etc that you include must be free from copyright. This is your responsibility. If we get any complaints and it is found to be your fault we will remove your property from our database with no refund. Be warned!
3. All responsibility for taking bookings and money will be down to you. We do not take money nor bookings on behalf of our client (you).
